TheInternational Naples Sabot Association has adopted and is exercising legitimate control over the use of the Certification Mark shown in the accompanying drawing by persons authorized by the Association to manufacture and sell International Naples Sabot sailboats and associated goods to certify that the sailboats and associated goods upon which it is used conform to the standards established by the Association as to design, construction, maintenance, and other boat class registration criteria. The Certification Mark is used by applying it to labels, or other means, affixed to the goods. The Association is not engaged in the production or marketing of any goods or services to which the Certification Mark is affixed
