Charitable services, namely, providing financial support to disadvantaged individuals in the United States and other countries for the purpose of facilitating health, wellness and economic development; Providing grants for economic development initiatives, entrepreneur training and support services, community garden initiatives, programs to support food security initiatives, programs to support disadvantaged and at-risk youth, improving community access to public transportation, K-12 education initiatives in underserved communities, and to stimulate investment in real estate development, workforce development and entrepreneurship in severely under-resourced communities; Providing grants to nonprofits serving underserved communities, nonprofits serving disadvantaged people, nonprofits serving disadvantaged entrepreneurs, nonprofits focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged and at-risk youth, nonprofits focused on community food security issues, nonprofits focused on improving public transportation accessibility, nonprofits in the field of K-12 education initiatives in underserved communities, and nonprofits focused on investment in real estate development, workforce development and entrepreneurship in severely under-resourced communities
