National Board Registrars (NBR) is a department within The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors Its mission is to serve as a certification body for ISO 9000 registrations The ISO 9000 Registration Program provides registration of quality systems for suppliers of products and services in the boiler and pressure vessel industry including-- suppliers of power and heating boilers, pressure vessels, piping systems, pumps, valves, storage tanks, pressure relief devices, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, nondestructive testing services, repair and alteration services and inspection services
