New Hope is a network of over 100 pet rescue, support and adoption agencies in the eastern US who are now associated with ACandC in the process of locating home for the animals we rescue; As the largest animal rescue organization east of the Rocky Mountains, ACandC has begun to function as the source of adoptable pets for numerous breed-specific, cat-specific, dog-specific and other limited -focus animal rescue organizations; In recognition of these organization's work and collaboration with our successes, ACandC has now arranged for 101 of these organizations to be equipped with State-of-the-Art adoption software, putting them on an even technological footing with the largest animal welfare organizations in the country
