designing resource recovery systems for - facility decommissioning; namely, shutting down plant sites, preserving valuable equipment and building structures, removing toxic or radioactive contamination, site characterization and reclamation, mixed waste treatment processes and remediation systems; namely, systems for carrying out the above facility decommissioning procedures including apparatus and processes for removing radionuclides from soil and water, containment of such radionuclides, bioremediation of organics, recovery of valuable radionuclides, and for clean-up of equipment and building structures; chemical analysis and chemical process development services such as employed in the designing of resource recovery or waste treatment systems; and management consultation services with respect to health physics technology applicable to the workers involved in the above activities

refining nuclear raw materials and ores, production of compounds and metals for use in nuclear reactors, fabrication of fuels and fuel elements for use in nuclear reactors, reclaiming unirradiated and irradiated fuel materials, and mixed waste treatment services
