Promoting awareness of issues related to land conservation, regulation and management for equine use; providing equine land conservation information in the nature of information relating to promoting public awareness of equine land conservation; providing information about land conservation for equine use to local organizations for use in promoting awareness of land conservation for equine use by means of public advocacy in order to garner support from residents, community leaders, and local government officials on the issue of land conservation; promoting public awareness of issues related to land conservation, regulation and management for equine use by means of public advocacy; administrative coordination and organizing organizations, community officials, and community stakeholders to undertake projects to provide equine access to public and private lands; business consulting services for organizations and individuals involved in equine land conservation relating to land conservation; promoting awareness within equine and conservation organizations of the need to ensure that planning and zoning regulations are favorable to equine activities; promoting awareness with land developers and local government officials of the economic value of protecting equine lands and preserving the equestrian lifestyle; and charitable services, namely, organizing and developing projects to promote awareness of issues related to equine land conservation
