Music services to provide songs and vocals for DJs/Producers around the world. This includes music sound recordings, streaming platform sales, live show performances, and music based entertainment. Notelle is a musician/stage name. Notelle is an award winning featured vocalist and songwriter who "sells" songs to DJs and other artists around the world. It is also the name of her LLC. "Notelle, LLC DBA Notelle Music, LCC". We want to protect the artists name (as there are currently no competing businesses/artists), in order to properly sell merchandise at shows (no future disputes on using the name "Notelle"), solely own social media platform profiles (ie. @notellemusic), and own the trademark to the name of the brand/business. She has over 46 million streams and won the International Songwriting Competition this year. On the brink of signing her first deal in the next few days as Notelle (via Notelle, LLC), we want to make sure that her LLC and artist name's are both protected - as an "entity" and as a "person".
