A mobile app available exclusively on mobile phones which tracks and displays micronutrients from consumer's foods via a touch-based interaction between the user and the mobile device. Based on the micronutrients that have been registered within the mobile app by means of the consumer's interaction and based on the consumer's specified dietary preferences, the consumer is provided with food and meal suggestions in the form of pop-ups which change based on what foods the user has entered into the mobile app for the day by means of the consumer's mobile phone's touchscreen within the mobile app
