Services relating to the development and installation of customized Electronic Health Medical Record technology platform designed to provide care givers immediate access to the most timely, accurate patient data, summarized according to need and viewed through a user-controller interface and which technology platform may include one or more of the following-- (i) a clinical data repository, (ii) an emergency tracking system designed to automate the manual whiteboard information with timely notifications of delays and events, (iii) an open architecture designed to allow the integration of existing diagnostic ancillary systems and to automatically update the tracking system, alerting clinicians when critical test results are completed, (iv) a module designed to easily identify patient location and severity of condition, (v) an order management capability designed to manage orders and provide reminders, alerts and guidance to clinicians throughout the ordering and care delivery processes, (vi) a clinical documentation series of integrated modules designed for communication and collaboration among the entire interdisciplinary care team across multiple points-of-service, (vii) careflow tools designed to automatically generate work lists for individuals or group of patients and set of activities and (viii) a census management module designed to allow nurses and authorized staffs to collect initial registration and admission patient data to establish a patient record
