Inductive, static, quasi-static and dynamic devices that conduct and transmit electric current wirelessly for installation on the underside of electric vehicles and that enable wireless inductive charging of the vehicle while it is moving on public roadways; wireless inductive electric charging systems embedded throughout the public travel lanes of vehicular roadways and comprised of a series of interconnected inductive, wireless electric vehicle battery charging plates, and an electric power distribution and recharging network comprised of rechargeable and recyclable battery storage units that are transported back and forth from a central recharging facility to docking points along the roadways, and which docking points are electrically connected to the charging plates via cables, to provide electricity to the plates for the plates then to provide wireless inductive charging of the electric vehicles as they travel on the public roadway over the embedded plates
