Personal Services-- Convenience of Buying, Selling and all related services when buying and selling real estate; This service could include; Mortgages and or Loans including Senior and Junior Liens, Buying and Selling Real Estate through a licensed Real Estate Agent or an Individual, also insurance Title, Hazard and Home Owners warranty and other Insurance as it relates to the risk of owning a home; Social Services-- Buying and selling real estate by individuals who need government and private assistance; This could include Mortgage and or Loan Companies, Title and Hazard Insurance Companies, and other participating companies who would want to participate in helping underprivileged individuals in home ownership
