Assessing and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards pertaining to the international, interconnected bulk power system in Northeastern North America, and enforcing such compliance through the imposition of penalties

Association services, namely, promoting the interests of users, owners, and operators of the bulk power system to encourage and further the reliability of interconnected power systems for the benefit of consumers of electricity
