Golf instruction, namely, providing an individual course of instruction with musculoskeletal and biomechanical analysis featuring a program which uses instrumented testing devices to measure strength, flexibility and balance, and video to measure the golf swing, and takes into account any health issues that might impact the swing motion/mechanisms, and then recommends certain exercises that are available publicly to compensate or correct for health issues and therefore create a better swing, more distance and accuracy
