Charitable services, namely, operating emergency shelter facilities for female victims of domestic violence and their children

Counseling services, namely, providing support groups for persons in abusive relationships and their children and providing emotional counseling and personal support services via a 24 hour telephone crisis line offering information, assistance and counseling on the subject of domestic violence; legal advocacy services, namely, assisting victims of domestic violence with preparation of petitions, court forms and other documents required to obtain legal relief from domestic violence, monitoring courtroom procedure and escorting abuse victims to and from court proceedings
