Conducting educational programs, training and consultation in the field of educating veterans with disabilities and others with disabilities transitioning to college, to be included and fully participate in all aspects of higher education and employment throughout their lifetime; Educational services, namely, classroom instruction, online instruction, military discharge transition training, and vocational instruction about disability access for veterans with disabilities and others with disabilities, employment service providers of veterans with disabilities, and professional development and continuing education units for medical and mental health professionals who diagnose veterans with disabilities and others with disabilities; Education services, namely, classes, seminars, workshops, presentations, conferences and online instruction in the areas of concern for educating veterans, veterans with disabilities, medical and mental health professionals who diagnose veterans with disabilities, and others with disabilities, namely, college student training to request reasonable modification, academic adjustments, auxiliary aids and services and their education processes, and related workplace reasonable accommodations to enable veterans with disabilities and others with disabilities to be included and fully participate in all aspects of higher education and employment throughout their lifetimes
