Educational services in the nature of providing courses, seminars and workshops in the area of continuing legal education, and distributing course materials in connection therewith, for licensed attorneys admitted to the bar of at least one state, for purposes of maintaining their license to practice law, and not including courses provided at the university level, undergraduate level, or graduate level, and not for students at the university level, undergraduate level, or graduate level
