It applies to a process of evaluating hundreds of vendors for VOIP, Contact Center, Network Services, MPLS/SD WAN, Cloud Services, Data Center, Wireless, Back up/Disaster Recovery, Security, and Managed Services. The name came from an exercise that was completed in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business program that I completed last Fall
