Employee leasing services also known as Professional Employer Organization services. This includes the hiring of a company's existing and future personnel and leasing the employees back to that company. The applicant handles all personnel functions, such as tax withholdings, payroll, hiring and salary reviews. The applicant provides the employer and the leased employees with benefits (e.g. health insurance, worker's compensation insurance, pension plans, travel plans, Section 125 and 401(k) plans, etc.).
