printed certificates and other printed indicia of quasi-ownership in unique, location oriented, name association rights to facsimile parcels representational of the real world location;

entertainment and education associated services involving the promotion of a location and/or one or more entities or events associated with the location of interest to significant segments of the public by the sale of unique, location oriented, name association rights, including quasi-ownership for name association rights to defined parcels of facsimiles of the real-world locations of sports facilities, geographical locations, structures or areas and the like, particularly those having significant entertainment association value involving, for example, sporting events and sporting facilities, and issuing certificates or other indicia evidencing those rights, with the services being provided via the Internet or other global networks, as well as through other forms of communication media;
