This is a new healthcare professional career to add into American healthcare system. The title of the career is PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE in brief as PhA. This PhA new career is a mid-level career for US citizen or green card holder resident of the US as well as for US domestic trained MDs who cannot find a residency slot in the traditional residency system to be finalized as licensed. They will work as PhA with a certificate called ECFMG certificate and or equivalents after they have passed the first two USMLEs (The United State Medical Licensing Examinations, step 1 and step 2 CS- clinical skill, and step 2 CK - clinical knowledge) together with their medical school transcripts, credentials, and course works in medical schools and/or any other training/working experiences from their previous countries or inside US borders (this part of additional information is optional, but the transcripts and credentials from medical schools are mandate). They will work as PhA forever or they want to continue to be licensed as licensed MDs if they pass the last USMLE step 3 with two components and they must commit to work for three to four years depending on detailed designed requirements; there will be designed a program of one-year residency if they want to continue to be licensed MDs
