Pinmate is similar to an ATM but rather than dispensing cash it puts cash value onto a smart card. You log on to a website and put in your credit card information and select the cash value amount you would like added to your smart card. You receive a PIN number. You then put your card into the PINMATE and enter the PIN number you just purchased on the website. The PINMATE adds the appropriate cash value to your smart card
