The "Poker in a Box" trademark should be a descriptor for a complete poker package for commercial, non commercial, cash or non cash poker package that includes all items needed to run single or multiple poker games, events and or tournaments where points and rankings may or may not be assigned; Including items such as, but not limited to, table tops, chips, chip trays, cards, dealer buttons, dealer uniforms, timers, training videos, promotional items and any other items deemed appropriate for the running of poker events, tournaments, games or selling of the "Poker in a Box" product
