Educational counseling services to assist students in planning and preparing for further education related to the selection of schools providing information about schools and offering guidance about the high school and college applications and matriculation process for educationally underserved students in the upper elementary, middle school and high school levels within the public school system, all of the above provided in a non-profit basis; arranging and conducting classes, seminars, conferences and workshops in the field of education and life development of educationally underserved students in upper elementary, middle school and high school levels within the public school system and distributing course materials in connection therewith; education services, namely, training educators in the field of upper elementary, middle school and high school education to operate and teach public schools serving educationally underserved students in the upper elementary, middle school and high school levels; educational services, namely, developing educational curriculum for others in the fields of upper elementary, middle school and high school education; Analyzing educational test scores and data for others of educationally underserved students within the public school system; providing courses of instruction for educationally underserved students at the upper elementary, middle school and high school levels within the public school system and distributing course materials in connection therewith, all of the above provided on a non-profit basis
