Construction services, namely, arranging and stacking a plurality of prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules, which have floors, ceilings, and walls that form interior spaces, of the structure in various configurations according to architectural plans for the structure being assembled, fastening adjacent volumetric building modules of the plurality of prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules together, attaching a rain-resistant skin to the exterior of the structure formed by the volumetric building modules when fastened together, and making all final mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections between the volumetric building modules of the structure on site, where the structure is being assembled, using loose shipped pre-cut materials specially designed for use with one or more particular volumetric building modules of the structure

Transportation services, namely, transporting prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules to a site where a structure is being assembled from such prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules, stacking such prefabricated, preassembled volumetric building modules according to architectural plans for the structure being assembled, such that adjacent building modules are rigidly connected together using structural connector technology
