Association services, namely, promoting the interests of firms and organizations in the private equity industry by promoting broader understanding and appreciation of the nature and benefits of the international private equity fund industry and of its activities, investments, and contributions with respect to economic, social and business conditions, monitoring, evaluating and addressing national and international business conditions, developments and trends affecting the private equity fund industry and monitoring U.S. and international legislative and regulatory developments potentially affecting the private equity industry; association services, namely, promoting the interests of firms and organizations in the private equity industry by providing a forum for the exchange of information related to the status, operation and regulation of the private equity industry and by promoting enhanced financial market practices; association services, namely, promoting the interests of firms and organizations in the private equity industry by providing a forum for the exchange of information related to the status, operation and regulation of the private equity industry and by developing, sponsoring and presenting data, research and studies that identify and analyze the role and impact of the international private equity fund industry to governmental and non-governmental bodies and agencies and other interested parties or otherwise further the interests of the private equity fund industry and to promote enhanced financial market practices

Financial sponsorship of educational events, presentations, symposia and conferences to further knowledge and understanding about the private equity fund industry and related fields
