Sports team results, named sports players and sport sponsors prize winning games; Hereafter the following shall be referred to as-- games and or competitions - GAME(s) sports players and or competitors - PLAYER(s) sports team sponsors - SPONSORS each person registering to play the GAME - ENTRANT(s) promotor and or game administrator - PROMOTER(s) The GAMES are designed to assist business and/or sports promotion and/or charitable fund-raising; Any combination from any type of sport results, team names, PLAYERS names, SPONSORS names or the amount of prize money won by a PLAYER may be used to decide how an ENTRANT could win the prize; To enter into a GAME each ENTRANT must register with the PROMOTER; When the PROMOTER receives an ENTRANT's registration-- 1; The PROMOTER will supply to the ENTRANT sports results, team names, PLAYERS names, SPONSORS names or the amount that a PLAYER has won in prize money beig that which is required for the ENTRANT to play the GAME; or, 2; The ENTRANT will supply to the PROMOTOR the ENTRANT's predicted sports results, team names, PLAYERS names, SPONSORS names or the amount that a PLAYER has won in prize money being that which is required for the ENTRANT to play the GAME; The PROMOTER will notify the ENTRANT if they have or have not won a prize in the GAME in which the ENTRANT has registered to play; The notification will either be during the GAME or after the end of the GAME; All communication between the ENTRANT and the PROMOTER will be conducted via global communications networks, email, post, telephone, facsimile, telephone or cell phone text messaging, scratch card, play card, entry form or any other existing or future form of communication by electronic means or otherwise
