Computer programs for the automated valuation of real estate, namely, to collect geographically based data that consists of property sales data and property physical attributes data, wherein the geographically based data is divided into sections, with each section defined as a land surface area disposed within an enclosed boundary having subdivided groupings of the geographically based data, the programs also collect non-geographically based data that consists of psychological, social, economic, and demographic data, wherein the non-geographically based data is attributed to subsections within each of the sections, wherein the programs are operational to produce an automated real property value for a selected property that accounts for property sales data, property physical attributes data, and also psychological, social, economic, and demographic data
