To provide a "one of a kind" franchise service to staffing firms The RBR concept will provide selected Staffing Firms with a Unique financial model that is not currently known of in the industry By using this financial model that extends the payment process over a 2 year period, the staffing firms will create a recurring revenue stream while increasing the volume of placements This concept includes testing potential candidates for skills and behavioral characterstics; then comparing the results with a "benchmark" set by the company looking to hire such candidates Our service will be to provide the financial model and handle any testing services thourgh a web portal We will also sell marketing and accounting "add on" packages to assist the staffing firms with contacting their client base in regards to the RBR process and to facilitate the recurring revenue accounting practices to be encountered with the process
