Charitable services for providing educational and recreational services to foreign refugees and their families, namely, providing English language instruction and training, providing seminars, training and mentorship in the fields of life skills, cultural, music and dancing education and cultural orientation and integration, providing computer literacy instruction and training, providing job readiness training and career and entrepreneurial instruction, providing training, workshops and mentoring in the fields of woman's programming and women's education, providing classes, seminars and mentoring regarding U.S. citizenship for foreign refugees and their families; youth tutoring, after-school educational programs for children of foreign refugees and their families in kindergarten through 12th grade, educational college and school preparation programs regarding the schooling process and college entrance requirements, and academic mentoring for children of foreign refugees and their families; and recreational services and instruction, namely, organizing and providing youth sports activities, organizing educational and recreational field trips to see local attractions, sporting events, and concerts, and organizing festivals and parties; and providing play and gymnasium facilities for children of foreign refugees and their families; all of the above being provided for foreign refugees and their families
