We have gone back to basics and rewritten the equation to include our greatest asset, people. We need to prioritize authentic relationships, where we take the time to really learn about our people, their stories, background, family, culture, and what moves them. We understand there is no substitute for the time and personal investment that is necessary to form these meaningful relationships. But we believe the investment is worth it, and to go fast you must at first go slow, for relationships to yield daily dividends that drive our culture and shape our workforce
