Customized Training, Coaching, Career Assistance, Networking and Internships for Women and Under-represented Minorities with degrees in Science, Technology and Math who are returning to work after an absence of 5 or more years. Training will include Leading Teams, Communications Skills, Confidence Building, Interviewing Techniques, Resume Workshop, Current Technology Skills Refresh, and Project Management. The program will be offered in major cities with participating Companies selected based on their assessment as a Positive Place for Women and Under-represented Minorities to work. A Project Management Office will be created to guide participants through the process through continuous Mentoring, Coaching and Feedback. An Invitational Event will be held following Training that gives participants access to interviewers from participating corporations who will select those participants who will be awarded internships. This event will also incorporate Networking with Chief Information Officers and other Executives from participating Corporations. Any participants who are not awarded internships will receive a Skills Assessment and coaching debrief session to provide guidance on areas for professional development
