roofing system design exclusively for existing metal building structures; the roof-tite system utilizes expanded polystyrene insulation that is manufactured in the mirror configuration/image of the existing metal roofing; the insulation is adhered to the metal roofing by an adhesive/mastic; over the expanded polystyrene insulation, modified bitumen roofing is installed into a uniform application of adhesive/mastic; the roof-tite extruder bar, roof-tite lap welder and roof-tite seam roller are used exclusively when installing the roof-tite system; the roof-tite system has been designed to provide long-term water proofing while adding insulation (to lower heating and cooling costs); the roof-tite system also adds additional structural stability to the existing metal building
