Providing personal support in the nature of counseling, therapy, and case management services for families and individuals who have been exposed to violence or are at risk of exposure to violence; organizing and conducting support groups in the field of mental health; providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for at-risk children, youths and their families; counseling in the field of personal development, namely, self-improvement, self-fulfillment, and interpersonal communication, counseling, therapy, case management; providing wellness counseling and related information in the fields of developing, strengthening and sustaining social skills of well-balanced families and family relationships and the improvement of personal social skills

Providing education and training, in the nature of seminars, workshops and online and in person training with respect to child safety issues; providing education in the nature of seminars, workshops, and classes in the field of job training, housing and economic support

Coordinating services, namely, organizing meetings and conferences and assisting in the development and exchange of policies and best practices proposals with respect to the legal, organizational and procedural policies of multiple organizations, committees and task forces that provide prevention, intervention and legal support to families and individuals who have been or may be exposed to violence, abuse or neglect; providing information in the field of child abuse and child neglect prevention
