Lobbying services, namely, promoting the interests of the public in the fields of politics, legislation and regulation regarding preservation of American Wild Horses and to create a public space for long term care, protection and preservation of American Wild Horses; promoting public awareness of and interest in creating an American Wild Horse sanctuary; Promoting the public awareness of the need for American Wild Horse preservation, namely, the protection of Wild Horses and Burros that have been removed from federal range lands; Association services, namely, promoting interest and public awareness in the creation, use and conservation of a designated public land sanctuary for the long term care and protection of non-adopted Wild Horses and Burros that have been removed from federal rangelands
