SCHNITZZA is a Pizza style product with a crust made from Chicken, Pork,Vegetarian Meat or Beef instead of bread using a proprietary technique of butchery making the disc shaped patty. The Chicken, Pork, Vegetarian Meat or Beef Crust is made from ground meat that is being pressed into a round 8" - 12" shape and then crumbed with Flour, Eggs and Breadcrumbs and is a giant Schnitzel. After frying the Chicken Schnitzel base the "PIZZA CRUST" is now topped with Tomato Sauce and Cheeses and various toppings, then baked to resemble a PIZZA. SCHNITZZA is served on a Pizza tray, cut into slices and presents as a Pizza product but with a different pizza base with meat rather than bread
