Electronic control system for the remote observation, management and operation of unmanned utility terrain vehicles, comprising computers, operational software, electromechanical controls and video display screens; computer hardware and software systems comprised of steering motor and gear reduction assemblies, brake actuators, transmission shift actuators, throttle actuators, joystick controller, chassis feedback status sensors, power supply assemblies, wiring harnesses, Primitive Control Unit (PCU), Vehicle Interface and Protection Software (VIPS), digital/analog interface units, mission processors, autonomy software, and autonomy sensors, all for the remote controlling of motor vehicles; radio transmitters and receivers for remote control, radio controls; car navigation computers, unmanned utility terrain vehicle and remote controlled land vehicle electric actuators and electric control systems for unmanned utility terrain vehicles and remote controlled land vehicles, namely, telemetry, semi-autonomous and autonomous computer hardware; all excluding air intake systems for use with four wheel drive vehicles and electric programmers used to alter vehicle settings to allow for better performance while staying within the manufacturer's acceptable tolerances comprising circuit boards, resistors, capacitors and potentiometers for use with four wheel drive vehicles

Motor vehicles, namely, all-terrain vehicles and structural parts therefor; tow trailers for use with all-terrain vehicles; unmanned utility terrain vehicles; unmanned land vehicles; motor vehicles, namely, hybrid concept motorized land vehicles; remotely controlled utility terrain vehicles; remotely controlled motorized land vehicles; provided, however, that each, every, and all of the above shall expressly exclude miniature four-wheel auto cars, snowmobiles, tires, wheels, inner tubes and rims, shock absorbers and riding lawn mower and all-terrain vehicle attachments in the nature of power-operated lawn sprayers and garden sprayers
