Providing education and training services related to black, indigenous, and other people of color and maritime industry, namely, mentoring in the field of employee resource and action groups, developing and reviewing curriculum for others in the field of cultural relevance, facilitating discussions for curriculum and program design in the nature of developing curriculum for educators, devising custom educational curriculum and programming, recommending resources for continued learning, creating kindergarten to twelfth-grade entertainment activities and educational curriculum, running and facilitating educational programs for the purpose of increasing awareness of ocean justice in the community, arranging and conducting of educational seminars in the field of public speaking
