The "Seal Safe Seal" is a certification mark and/or label which purpose is to inform customers that the goods or services of a business is conducted in such a way as to not to cause death, injury or harm to the marine animal the seal. The goods or services that bear the "Seal Safe Seal" will have been examined, tested, inspected or in some way checked by a person who is not their producer, using methods determined by the certifier/owner of the certification mark. Services or goods bearing the "Seal Safe Seal" will be certified that certain quality, manufacturing or business practice standards have met. Goods and services in the industries of restaurant, recreational fishing, commercial fishing, seafood brokers, hotels, cruise lines, boating charter companies, groceries stores, retail snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding rental businesses, not for profit conservation organizations, governmental agencies and marine activities businesses will be eligible to bear the "Seal Safe Seal". As the certifier, I am exercising legitimate control over the use of the "Seal Safe Seal" in commerce. As the certifier I am not engaging in the marketing of the goods or services to which the mark will be applied
