Applicant hereby amends the filing basis for International Class 44 from Trademark Act Section 1(a) to Trademark Act Section 1(b), Intent to Use. Applicant has a bona fide intention to use the SKYNN 2 SKIN mark in commerce in connection with the identified Class 44 services. Applicant is currently completing training in facial services and is pursuing licensure in hair braiding. Upon completion of the required training and licensing requirements, Applicant intends to offer beauty, skincare, and hair-related services under the SKYNN 2 SKIN brand. Because these services are not yet being rendered in commerce under the mark, Applicant respectfully requests amendment of International Class 44 to Section 1(b), Intent to Use
