Medical services, namely, comprehensive identification, diagnosis, evaluation, testing and treatment options for sleep disorders via (i) obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), diagnosis and treatment of OSA in reducing morbidity and mortality, improving comorbid disease process, improving patient quality of life by addressing possible OSA-related cardiac problems such as hypertension, abnormal heart rhythm, heart attack, heart failure, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, pulmonary and systemic hypertension, and daytime sleepiness, (ii) comprehensive sleep studies featuring polysomnogram charting brain waves, heartbeat and breathing during sleep, diagnosis, treatment and follow up with patient, and (iii) continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy diagnosis and treatment to treat sleep apnea benefiting heart function
