The goods also incorporate the policies and procedures for identification of the applicant, the collection of applicant data, the issuance of a polycarbonate card with a microchip, and the process of use of the polycarbonate card for identification and authentication of the applicant upon issuance. More specifically the polycarbonate card will be issued on behalf of state motor vehicle administrations and used in general commerce for real time electronic identification and authentication
