financial and banking services including but not limited to, (i) using credit, debit, stored value only, electronic benefit and proprietary cards and other devices to conduct electronic prepaid cash and alternative financial transactions through automated teller machines, automated teller machine like devices, point of sale terminals, personal computers, computer networks, including the Internet, interactive cable television, telephone, satellite and other networks; (ii) processing, transferring, clearing and settling prepaid electronic cash, financial, banking, governmental benefit and alternative financial transactions; (iii) processing, clearing and settling financial, banking and economic data; (iv) merchant services including, but not limited to, the acceptance of cards and other devices for prepaid electronic cash and alternative financial transactions and the processing, clearing and settling for merchants of prepaid electronic cash and alternative financial transactions conducted through point of sale terminals, personal computers, computer networks, including the Internet, interactive cable television, telephone, satellite and other networks; and (v) exchange and/or transfer of value and/or information relating to banking, financial or economic data
