A Non-Volatile Memory Technology with on-board compute functions (memory sub-system) that is targeted to be used in IoT/Wearables, Digital Security Cameras, Autonomous Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence/Neuromorphic and Storage systems/applications as a standalone or embedded in microcontrollers, System-on-Chip (SoCs) or ASICs This Non-Volatile Emerging Memory Technology Will be based on new class of Resistive RAMs (MRAM, ReRAM) which are alternative to today's SRAM and Flash with the following advantages and benefits: Multiple orders of magnitude improvements in Power, Write Performance and Endurance while also offering ease of programming over Flash Offer a much smaller size/cost with 2/3 reduction in size and much lower standby power with zero leakage current for the memory core over SRAM Add another layer of Security as they are inherently more secure and robust to hacking (e.g. Voltage Contrast hacking). System level power reduction
