Clarification of the Identification of Goods and Services Required: International Class 009: Computer software that measures the user's rank based on the user's personal test results International Class 042: Providing temporary use of non-downloadable computer software that measures the user's rank based on the user's personal test results Response to request for Additional Information Required: SmartRank is a measure of a user's rank based on the user's personal test results for use in computer software used across all devices accessing the Internet, including but not limited to computers and handheld devices. The user supplies inputs, including but not limited to answering test questions, that are used to calculate the user's SmartRank. SmartRank may be a number or any other type of ranking designation. A SmartRank is tied to a unique person, but also can be used to apply to groups of people or organizations to measure the SmartRank of the groups. Initially SmartRank is available as an application integrated with the Facebook.com service, but in the future will also use other interfaces such websites and mobile phone applications
