The original identification of the goods described them to be (in paraphrase) electronic sensors for recording and detecting various stimuli. Electronic sensors and electronic sensing systems comprised of chemical sensors, instruments, namely the Cyranose handheld electronic nose odor and chemical mixture analyzer, and software for recording, analyzing and classifying odors and chemical mixtures, for detecting various stimuli including vapors and odors. The OA letter proposed a modest modification of the identification of the goods. We shall elect to accept the modification of the identification of the goods as proposed in the OA letter. Specifically, the new identification is: Electronic sensors and electronic sensing systems comprised of chemical sensors, instruments, namely, a handheld electronic nose odor and chemical mixture analyzer, and software for recording, analyzing and classifying odors and chemical mixtures and for detecting various stimuli in the nature of vapors and odors
