Charitable services, namely, providing a website featuring information in the field of motivational and educational speaking services for donors, potential donors, members and recipients of charitable assistance and those individuals, organizations and other entities seeking such assistance in the form of professional speakers using the spoken word to further the educational, motivational and humanitarian needs of children, youth service organizations, current and former United States armed forces personnel and underprivileged and underserved communities in the areas of skills development, life enhancement, welfare and self-improvement and self-care and personal improvement for such persons, individuals and communities; provided, however, that such services are not associated with providing emergency medical relief or medical services

Publications, namely, brochures, booklets, and printed teaching materials in the field of education, motivation and humanitarian needs of children, youth service organizations, current and former United States armed forces personnel and underprivileged and underserved communities concerning skills development, life enhancement, welfare and self-improvement and self-care and personal improvement for such persons, individuals and communities; provided, however, that such goods or services are not associated with charitable fundraising services in connection with providing emergency medical relief or medical services

Charitable fund raising services, namely, providing, individuals, organizations and other entities with the information and opportunities to make monetary donations for the purposes of providing professional speakers to serve the educational, motivational and humanitarian needs of children, youth service organizations, current and former United States armed forces personnel and underprivileged and underserved communities in the areas of skills development, life enhancement, welfare and self-improvement and self-care and personal improvement for such persons, individuals and communities; provided, however, that such services are not associated with providing emergency medical relief or medical services
