conduct religious seminars, training sessions and workshops; conduct special religious services, meetings and crusades; print, distribute, produce and sell religious manuals, books, brochures or other written materials of a religious nature; produce, co-produce, distribute and sell religious materials or materials on religious subjects in audio format, video format, compact disc or such other audio/video medium as may be from time to time developed and further produce mass media programming for radio, television, etc; provide consulting and directing services for pastors, churches, and church leaders in the areas of church growth, administration and Evangelistic purposes; sponsor, train and conduct religious mission trips on a local, national and international basis including the equipping of such trips and providing the necessary leadership therefor, for religious, educational, missional or Evangelistic purposes; to buy, sell, hold, lease, mortgage, encumber, manage, or transfer property, real or personal, in the name of the corporation to carry out and further any of the foregoing purposes or functions; such other purposes, functions, or activities as may be from time to time approved by the Board of Directors provided, in all cases, such purposes, functions, or activities do not violate or jeopardize the status of the corporation as a non-profit tax exempt organization
