Financial services, namely, operation and management of social impact investment funds; Social impact fund investment services; Philanthropic services concerning monetary grants and investments; Charitable services, namely, providing grants and investments to meet the physical, psychological, social, and other special needs of disadvantaged persons by fulfilling immediate community and individual needs, addressing the causes of poverty, and promoting opportunities for economic growth for communities and individuals; Community investment services, namely, capital investments in historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), faith-based organizations and healthcare centers, and related community entities and institutions; Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fundraising activities and investment management services to support and promote wealth creation, social mobility, and better health outcomes for individuals and communities most affected by governmental policies

Charitable services, namely, managing and facilitating administrative coordination among community, government, private, philanthropic and religious partners to generate economic and human resources for sustainable social, cultural and economic community impact
