Services include tutoring, tutor training and similar educational services. I believe there is a trademark held by the Houghton Mifflin but it is just for a published book series. While this has come correlation to my trademark, mine is for tutoring services. That said, I would like to one day offer goods like an ebook, or a paid video training course (assuming that's considered a "good"). I am thinking I would go ahead with this current trademark and keep my business within services strictly until a future date when I may pursue a goods trademark. Further, I would be likely transferring the trademark to an LLC (not yet formed) which I understand would require me to complete an Assignment of Rights
