Charitable services, namely, fostering and supporting local community leaders with the tools to achieve positive social change and the capacity to address community needs, namely, providing business management consulting, promoting public awareness of issues impacting Spartanburg County and leaders addressing these issues; developing and partnering with nonprofits to coordinate board and committee service opportunities, namely, matching skilled volunteers to serve as board members with non-profit organizations; providing resources, namely, administration of a program to promote community service; charitable business service to local community leaders, namely, formulation of best practices for community service projects and community development initiatives
